Do you accept commissions?

I am currently OPEN for commissions. Please send an email to [email protected] with information on what you are looking for along with:

  • Identification - The type of work you are looking for.
  • Deadline - when would you need them to be completed.
  • Dimensions - of pieces, what size are you looking for.
  • Amount - The number of pieces. How many pieces would you need.

 

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please send an email with your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to [email protected] and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

 

How often do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped once a week on Thursdays.

 

How long does shipping usually take?

An estimate for shipping is provided on each store listing. Some orders will take longer depending on cultural events (during holidays postal carriers usually see a significant influx of orders needing to be processed and therefor shipping times are affected) and region (often orders to rural areas will take longer than those to metropolitan areas). 

 

I put in the wrong address, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent artist I can't afford to do so. Please double check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP and I will do our best to rectify the error if we can.
